ORDERING
Orders may be placed with your Business Development Specialist during standard business hours.
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Topix. While we strive to fulfill every request, we reserve the right to approve or decline orders at our discretion. An order is considered accepted once the products have been shipped by Topix.
ORDER CHANGES
Any request to cancel an order or change its quantities, products, or other terms must receive prior written approval from Topix Pharmaceuticals. Such requests must be submitted within one (1) business day of order placement.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
To open a new account, the initial order must meet a minimum value of $2,500.
All Topix private-label skincare products are sold by the case, with case quantities specified on the price sheet.
Most orders ship within 3 business days once the order has been successfully pre-authorized. Large orders or direct-print orders may require additional processing time, particularly during busy periods, to ensure every product meets our high-quality standards.
STAFF DISCOUNTS
Customer office staff may purchase products for personal use at a discounted price, provided they use generic labels exclusively.
RETURNS
Topix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to product quality. Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery and promptly report any concerns. Returns are accepted only with prior authorization and handled according to our Return Policy.
BACK ORDERS
Back-ordered items are fulfilled in order of purchase. Restock timelines will be communicated as updates become available by your Business Development Specialist.
EXPIRATION
Topix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. fulfills orders using a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method based on available manufactured stock. This approach ensures that customers receive the freshest possible product.
Over-the-counter products are shipped with a minimum of six months remaining before expiration, unless otherwise specified as part of a promotional offer.
PAYMENT & TERMS
Product prices are listed on the order, and payment is due at the time of shipment via credit card. Topix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. requires credit card preauthorization when the order is placed, with the final charge processed upon shipment.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, shipping, delivery, and insurance costs. A valid tax exemption certificate may be provided in place of certain tax payments, where accepted. Customers agree to reimburse Topix for any such costs paid on their behalf. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
While we do not generally offer credit terms or extend credit via credit card, special arrangements may be considered at Topix’s sole discretion and must be approved in writing.
SHIPPING
All orders ship via FedEx Ground by default, unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and must be coordinated with your Business Development Specialist (BDS) prior to placing your order.
Delivery times are based on FedEx’s current service conditions and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping is free for orders over $1,000.
LOST SHIPMENTS & REPORTING TIMELINE
Topix is not responsible for shipments reported missing or lost beyond 30 days from the shipment date.
- Any missing or undelivered order must be reported to Customer Service within 30 calendar days of the original ship date to qualify for investigation or replacement consideration.
- Reports received after this period will not be eligible for replacement or credit.
- Once a shipment is confirmed delivered by FedEx (including proof of delivery and signature, when applicable), any claim is directed to FedEx by Topix.
- Customers are responsible for keeping their delivery contact and authorized signatory with FedEx up to date.
Topix reserves the right to review shipment data, carrier scans, and delivery records before approving any credit or reshipment.
BUY BACK
Topix offers a Buy Back program for eligible competitive products. Participation requires a qualifying Topix order, and all competitive product returns are subject to inspection and approval. Credit amounts and other terms are determined in accordance with our Buy Back Policy.
DESIGN & LABELING POLICY
Topix operates under FDA regulations and follows all labeling guidelines for skincare products. Certain claims, terms, and formats are restricted and must comply with regulatory standards.
When requesting label changes, please be as specific as possible. Excessive revisions may incur additional charges. Once a design is signed and approved, Topix is not responsible for returns resulting from customer-initiated changes or preferences made after approval.
Please review all mock-ups carefully for accuracy and aesthetics before approval.
MARKETING COLLATERAL
Templated marketing collateral is available at no additional charge for SKUs ordered and can be provided in digital, printed, or both formats.
Digital assets and private label photography are available upon request. Customized collateral beyond the templated offering may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and approved prior to production.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
By submitting images or materials (e.g., logos), customers confirm they have full rights to use them and that doing so does not infringe on third-party rights.
Customers also acknowledge that copyright protection applies even without a visible notice, and no copyright notices have been removed from the materials provided.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Customer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public commercial information received from Topix, including but not limited to pricing, product details, and business practices.
This obligation applies to all information shared during discussions, negotiations, and other communications between the parties, and remains in effect both during and after the business relationship.
